Prezzi/prices:
I prezzi,i pagamenti e le fatture sono in euro.
Una volta effettuato e pagato l'ordine non sara' piu' possibile modificarlo.Gli ordini fatti separatamente vengono spediti separatamente.

Nel caso di pagamento tramite paypal l'azienda spedira' all'indirizzo registrato sul sito paypal.

i capi prodotti in edizione speciale o limited o personalizzati non possono essere cambiati o resi.
non si accettano resi o richieste di rimborso una volta che l'ordine è stato pagato.
per prodotti personalizzati si intendono tutti quei prodotti che vengono modificati su richiesta del cliente in fase d'ordine in taglia,colori,tessuto,tipo di lavorazione,decori,aggiunte di decori o cristalli.
questi prodotti non possono essere cambiati,non vengono rimborsati .
quando l'ordine personalizzato e' stato pagato non puo' essere mai piu' rimborsato o reso dal cliente.
questo e' valido per prodotti speciali,prodotti in edizione limitata,prodotti personalizzati.

All retailers receive the retail price we set

Since products are made to order and customized by the clients, we cannot accept changes or refunds.

Orders are non-refundable as all orders are custom made by the customer.
If a dealer does not abide by our terms and conditions, sells at a lower price than the normal price, offers discounts that are not allowed by our company, he will no longer be our authorized retailer and cannot claim a refund.

If a retailer or private customer causes damage to our company or our products, he will be sanctioned in accordance with the law.

如果经销商或私人客户对我们公司或我们的产品造成损害，他们将受到法律制裁。

-Products nature/natura dei prodotti
The products being manufactured by hand may differ, and this is synonymous with craftsmanship ,and can 't be cause for revenge on the part of customers.
products can be changed during production,

The measures and cuts of the products, the fabric colors and shades of wool or cashmere or cotton yarn can vary from just being handmade products and can not be right of withdrawal or return by the customer.
If customer receive faulty products (this means products not destinated to him/her )or should the company make a mistake in the delivery the shipping cost of re sending the right products are paid by the company.
The costs of returns are paid by the customer .
The company is not responsible for theft, damage, delay in delivery attributable to service,nor if the package with the products is held or confiscated for any reason by the customs or competent body during shipment.
Cura dei prodotti:
-l' abbigliamento quali abitini,tshirt e tutine vanno lavati a mano
-la maglieria va lavata a mano o a secco,essendo la maglieria fatta a mano usando gomitoli e' ovvio che si allarghera' e si adattera' al corpo del vostro animale.
-le borse si lavano passando sopra l'ecopelle un panno umido,i cuscini sono sfoderabili e lavabili a mano
-collari e guinzagli sono in pelle,vanno trattati con cura per via delle applicazioni e trattati con prodotti specifici
-le pettorine in tessuto possono essere lavate a mano,quelle in ecopelle e tessuto a mano
Product care:
