Prezzi/prices:

I prezzi,i pagamenti e le fatture sono in euro.

Una volta effettuato e pagato l'ordine non sara' piu' possibile modificarlo.Gli ordini fatti separatamente vengono spediti separatamente.

 

The prices,payments and invoices are in euro.Once the order is done and paid it can not be changed.The orders placed separately wil be shipped separately.

una volta che l ordine e' stato pagato si intende che accetti tutte le condizioni di vendita riportate qui.

 

-Spedizioni/Shippings:

Gli ordini vengono spediti entro tot giorni lavorativi dipende dalla quantita' e dal periodo,in periodi di fiere ,eventi e chiusura i tempi si allungano.

Non si puo' chiedere la consegna in un giorno o orario preciso.

Nel caso di pagamento tramite paypal l'azienda spedira' all'indirizzo registrato sul sito paypal.

in fair,vacation and event periods production time is longer.

The customer can not ask a exact day or time for the delivery.

In case of paypal's payment the company wil ship to the addres registered on the paypal site.

 

-Specials e prodotti personalizzati/Specials and customized products

i capi prodotti in edizione speciale o limited o personalizzati non possono essere cambiati o resi.

non si accettano resi o richieste di rimborso una volta che l'ordine è stato pagato.

per prodotti personalizzati si intendono tutti quei prodotti che vengono modificati su richiesta del cliente in fase d'ordine in taglia,colori,tessuto,tipo di lavorazione,decori,aggiunte di decori o cristalli. 

questi prodotti non possono essere cambiati,non vengono rimborsati .

quando l'ordine personalizzato e' stato pagato non puo' essere mai piu' rimborsato o reso dal cliente.

questo e' valido per prodotti speciali,prodotti in edizione limitata,prodotti personalizzati.

The products done in limited edition, special edition and the customized products can not be changed or  refunded.

by personalized products we mean all those products that are modified at the customer's request during the order in size,measures, color, fabric, type of workmanship, decorations, additions of decorations or crystals.

these products cannot be exchanged, they are not refunded.

once the customized order is paid can't be refunded.

we do not accept returns or refund requests once the order has been paid for.

-Resale and refund rules

All retailers receive the retail price we set 

all resellers receive the sales price to be used to resell our products.

Since products are made to order and customized by the clients, we cannot accept changes or refunds.

no change no refunds to private customers ,to shops,to distributors,to agents.

Orders are non-refundable as all orders are custom made by the customer.

All new authorized resellers, i.e. stores ordering our products for the first time, are required to place a second order and pay for it before we ship the first order.

If a dealer does not abide by our terms and conditions, sells at a lower price than the normal price, offers discounts that are not allowed by our company, he will no longer be our authorized retailer and cannot claim a refund.

No refunds allowed.

If a retailer or private customer causes damage to our company or our products, he will be sanctioned in accordance with the law.

Copies and fakes will also be subject to legal sanctions.

转售和退款规则

所有经销商均采用我们设定的零售价

所有经销商都会从我们这里收到用于转售我们产品的销售价格。

由于产品是根据客户订单制作和定制的，因此我们不接受更改或退款。

私人客户、商店、经销商、代理商不得更改、退款。

订单不可退款，因为所有订单均由客户定制。

所有新的授权经销商（即首次订购我们产品的商店）都必须在我们发送第一个订单之前下第二个订单并付款。

如果经销商不遵守我们的条款和条件、以低于正常价格的价格销售、提供我们公司不允许的折扣，他们将不再是我们的授权经销商，并且无法申请退款。

不允许退款。

如果经销商或私人客户对我们公司或我们的产品造成损害，他们将受到法律制裁。

复制品和伪造品也将受到法律制裁。

 

-Products nature/natura dei prodotti
The products being manufactured by hand may differ, and this is synonymous with craftsmanship ,and  can 't be cause for revenge on the part of customers.

 products can be changed during production, 

applications when  finished will be sostutuited with others of same value and beauty (in case the company will contact the customer).

The measures and cuts of the products, the fabric colors and shades of wool or cashmere or cotton yarn can vary from just being handmade products and can not be right of withdrawal or return by the customer.

If customer receive faulty products (this means products not destinated to him/her )or should the company make a mistake in the delivery the shipping cost of re sending the right products are paid by the company.
The costs of returns are paid  by the customer .

The company is not responsible for theft, damage, delay in delivery attributable to service,nor if the package with the products is held or confiscated for any reason by the customs or competent body during shipment.

 

 

Cura dei prodotti:

-l' abbigliamento quali abitini,tshirt e tutine vanno lavati a mano

-la maglieria va lavata a mano o a secco,essendo la maglieria fatta a mano usando gomitoli e' ovvio che si allarghera' e si adattera' al corpo del vostro animale.

-le borse si lavano passando sopra l'ecopelle un panno umido,i cuscini sono sfoderabili e lavabili a mano

-collari e guinzagli sono in pelle,vanno trattati con cura per via delle applicazioni e trattati con prodotti specifici

-le pettorine in tessuto possono essere lavate a mano,quelle in ecopelle e tessuto a mano

 

Product care:
